Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications:
- Minimum of MD degree.
- Experience in health insurance or TPA is preferred.
- Proven ability to act as a consultant and advisor in the insurance underwriting.
- Supervisory or coordinator experience in medical setting is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance/TPA.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Work placement Klaten , Central Java.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage and control insurance costs for patients in collaboration with the insurance team.
- Provide expert consultation and follow-up on medical services and policy provisions.
- Serve as a speaker for internal and external medical webinars.
- Offer 24/7 to consultations and discussions on medical & insurance cases.
- Coordinate hospital visits and case discussion with hospital’s PIC.
- Analyze and ensure quality control of claim discharge.
