Requirements:
- Minimum of SMK graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant field. D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical/electronics technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience handling electrical systems in automated production machines is a plus
- Understanding of electrical diagrams and ability to read electrical installation schematics
- Proficient in maintenance and repair of machinery related to electrical systems
- Skilled in using electrical measuring tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Knowledge of PLC and machine control systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to field issues
- Willingness to work shifts
- Preferably holds certifications in electrical or electronics fields, such as Electrical Safety Certification (K3) or equivalent
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a factory environment that may be noisy and hot
Job Description:
Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Equipment:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical installations, machinery, and electronic devices in the factory.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues related to electrical systems and electronic control systems.
Installation and Replacement of Electrical Components:
- Install and set up electrical components, such as cables, switches, electric motors, and controllers.
- Replace or repair damaged or worn electrical and electronic parts.
Monitoring and Testing Electrical Systems:
- Test electrical and electronic systems to ensure safe operation in accordance with factory specifications.
- Use measuring tools such as multimeters to check voltage, current, and resistance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed, and report findings or issues to supervisors.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to equipment maintenance.
Problem Prevention and Handling:
- Identify potential issues within electrical systems and take preventive measures to avoid operational disruptions.
- Respond promptly to electrical system failures or damage during production.
Compliance with Safety Standards:
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with applicable safety standards, particularly regarding handling electrical and electronic equipment.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working.
Collaboration with Production Team:
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of machines related to electrical and electronic systems.
- Support process improvement projects that require technical involvement in electrical/electronic systems.
