Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Scope/Role:
· Monthly VAT output – GL/Invoices/Tax Invoices/Customs Declarations
· Monthly VAT input – GL/Invoices/Customs Declarations/PO/Tax Invoices/Prepopulated VAT (Tax system)
· Monitor and reconciliation of Monthly TAX invoice creation and submission to customers
· Calculation of Self-Assessed Monthly VAT liability and payment
· Monthly WHT – reconciliations and Payments – GL/WHT certificates/cost/deductions
· Preparation of Monthly WHT and VAT returns
· Amendment of Tax returns in case of book adjustment.
· BI Reporting – Sales/Collections/FC Loans
· Assist TP documentation and filing.
· Liaise with Tax consultants and Tax Auditors
· Monthly VAT output – GL/Invoices/Tax Invoices/Customs Declarations
The Candidate is expected to provide leadership in the following audits :
· VAT/WHT/CIT – audits before the expiration of 5 years’ time lag
· Customs Audit – 2 years’ time interval
· Collection of all tax-related supporting documents to match the monthly reconciliations
· Submission of supporting documents to the tax office/ auditors from time to time for verification purposes
· Key contact person of the MAS entities for all tax-related matters. (Internal and External parties)
The candidate is further expected to,
· Manage and develop the tax team of MAS Arya Indonesia and MAS Silueta Indonesia
· Monitor the completion of various reconciliations and on time filing of the tax returns.
· Respond to Tax auditors on all queries raised on a timely manner
· Seamlessly coordinate among internal and External parties
· Quickly gain an understanding of the overall business scope, processes and operations to develop meaningful responses to auditors and consultants.
· Take all actions promptly with a sense of urgency.
· Maintain inter departmental and entity level relationships and enable efficient flow of information and feedback.
