- Responsible for coordinating and executing various activities related to operations, including customer handling and transactions.
- Ensuring activities related to the maintenance of logistics facilities and infrastructure, including hardware and software maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Min. 5 years experience in banking customer service.
- Possess good credit analysis skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge in banking, understanding of banking products, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team and target-oriented.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) at the branch office in the designated area.
