We are looking for a capable Service Engineer to join us.
Qualifications & experience
- Education background in Technical or Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Past experience in plastic injection machine, die-casting machine and CNC machine will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds.
- The ability to understand and communicate in English
- Job placement in Semarang, Indonesia.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, start up and commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favourably impact performance.
- Support customer in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to L.K. machines.
- Regularly process the administration and service report of the work performed.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to generate sales lead and provide technical expertise.
- Provide training and instruction to employees or technician at customers’ sites.
