General Overview
As a Sales Executive focused on paddy and rice commodities, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence across Java Island (Central & West Java). Your primary responsibilities will involve building and maintaining a robust sales network for wet paddy, dry paddy, brown rice, and white rice. You will be instrumental in establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including large rice mills and distributors.
Roles and responsibilities
Sales Network Development:
Identify, target, and establish partnerships with large rice mills across Java Island.
Develop and implement strategies to promote the sale of wet paddy, dry paddy, brown rice, and white rice.
Build and nurture a network of distributors to enhance the distribution and sales of white rice across Java Island.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for rice mills and distributors, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for revenue and market share.
Sales Operations:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with rice mills and distributors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or commodity trading sectors (paddy/ rice commodities).
Having experience at least 3 years in Rice mill is preferred.
Strong knowledge in supply chain of paddy & rice.
Mandatory English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
