Tasks & responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by restructuring current business and develop new business through identifying new market opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships to enhance innovation, sustainability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Developing business by combining various elements such as data, product knowledge, Trends, Consumer insight, Human Resources, Financial and Legal aspects to integrate these components effectively and drive informed decision making a strategic planning.
- Collaborating with all business units to achieve profit, growth, and implement a continuous control in a way to increasing revenue, enhancing product value, improving services, strengthening branding. and mitigating business risks.
- Carrying out a comprehensive restructuring process for current business units and future business development involves a multi-phase approach. This process is designed to align organizational structure, financial management, and strategic goals to optimize performance and support growth.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University: in Accounting or Business. Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- More than 5 years in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration area.
- Prefer having multi-sector experiences such as Banking, Public Accountant, Automotive would be prioritized.
- Experienced in handling business project and develop product.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Experienced in Financial and entity restructuring process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Focused and goal-oriented.
