Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping inventory.
- Implement strategies to maximize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards in the warehouse industry.
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to maintain budget adherence.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and address any issues or concerns.
Job Requirements :
- College degree and above in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of work experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other technology tools.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of warehouse operations.
