GPI Group currently looking for Secretary position, to handle a wide range of responsibilities, from scheduling appointments to taking meeting notes to organizing essential company files. Also responsible to be a translator (mandarin language) while communicating with clients/business partner.
Responsibility:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Make travel arrangements
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Organizing files, documenting financial information, develop and maintain a filing system
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. education Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of Secretary or Administrations
- Min. 1-3 years of working experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant. Having experience in logistics/freight forwarding company will be plus point
- Fluent in English and able to speak Mandarin is mandatory for this positions (Min. HSK 4)
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Able to join as soon as possible
