Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, mathematics or equivalents
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Years of working experience in this related field
- GSD License certification will be a plus point
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset
- Strong & excellent communication, leadership skills & interpersonal skills
- People management skills
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tool
- Ability to work in shifting basis
Job Roles :
- Prepare layout, Yamazumi and machine setting STW
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational work content allocated to TM to increase productive with the same footprint. Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities to reduce operational SMV
- Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them
