Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (in General Trade & Modern Trade Independent)
- Experienced in handling distributors, agents, and resellers
- Have background experience in personal care and skincare
- Have handled General Trade channels in the placements area
Responsibilities:
- Building team and distribution network in the area
- Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales targets
- Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base
