Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience as Sales and Marketing in manufacturing, preferably in the Wood Manufacture Industry or International Sales for a commodity product
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel on business
- Willing to be placed in Temanggung, Central Java

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers by proactively providing support and feedback on client needs
- Analysis of potential new products, market, and growth opportunities
- Establish and monitor achievement targets, regularly reporting progress
