Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum education diploma or bachelor degree in IT field
- Has experience in fintech industry would be preferrable
- Able in analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Provide technical assistance to internal users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems on IT devices (PCs, laptops, printers, networking devices, etc.).
- Experience in configuring servers/data centers in network administration, network engineering, and network design.
- Experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs for hardware and software issues.
- Have experience in configuring networks using Mikrotik.
- Have experience handling VOIP problems
- Have solutions and be a good problem solver.
- Willing to travel for business trips to Operational Office.
Job Description
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, systems, networks
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Ensuring antivirus on all computer users
- Perform routine physical and software maintenance for all devices (PCs, laptops and printers)
- Have knowledge about software and supporting hardware
- Have good knowledge about networking
- Configure, Monitoring, and Troubleshoot, LAN, WAN, and hardware
- Ensure all infrastructure use in daily operations are in available and reliable condition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, such as ISO 270001
