Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices
- Strong knowledge on Commvault. Knowledge of other backup solutions is a plus
- Strong knowledge in cloud-native backup and restoration procedures for workloads deployed on VMs and containers
- Proficient with Windows and Linux / Unix-based operating systems
- Good understanding of public cloud infrastructure and network connectivity services
- Good understanding of RPO and RTO
- Good understanding of general database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and DB2
- Familiar with ServiceNow CMDB or ITSM / ITIL framework
- Proficient in drafting technical specifications and documenting system changes
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Commvault Certified (Professional or Engineer level)
- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise server environments
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, XEN, KVM)
