Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Human Resource department strategies aligned with business needs.
- Ensure and coordinate the training needs required by business units.
- Conduct selection, recruitment, and onboarding processes for required employees.
- Ensure all employee-related processes comply with applicable regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data within the HRIS, ensuring it serves as a reliable reference.
- Manage employee administration processes in accordance with company regulations and policies.
- Address and resolve industrial relations issues effectively.
Assignments :
- Relevant labor Regulations application
- Internal policies review and enhancement as well as relevant review market accepted compensation band
- Compliance to adhered auditable process in all systems transactions
- Employee Relation and Industrial Relation.
- Managing and finding solution at Organization Level to Employee and Industrial Relation cases at all directorates
