Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements :
- Fluent in MANDARIN (both spoken and written) is preferred to support communication with international clients and partners
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the field
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience as Customer Service / Pricing in a freight forwarding company
- Familiar with export/import processes, domestic logistics, and freight forwarding is advantageous
- Able to learn quickly, with good communication and negotiation skills
- Nice personality, full of initiative, and good appearance
- Willing to join ASAP and to be stationed at the Semarang branch office
Job Descriptions :
- Request rates from carriers, co-loaders, agents, and quote transport services to clients according to their inquiries and needs
- Communicate with all external and internal partners, as well as customers, to ensure smooth transport arrangements
- Build good relationships and communication with customers and all employees
- Manage shipping documents and ensure compliance with international regulations
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders
- Improve shipping processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
