We started our business in manufacturing Ceramic Tableware, Sanitary, and Furniture on 78 Ha of land in West Semarang, Central Java. Our group also operate Hospital, Property and Hotels. To strengthen our business objectives, we are looking for talents with the following qualifications:
Architect
- Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architect from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Developer or Planning Consultant company.
- Solid experience in planning residential, high-rise buildings, commercial areas, and infrastructure (roads and bridges).
- Experienced in designing hospital, offices, and/or residential will be an advantages.
- Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion, Endscape, and 3D Rendering.
- Able to create 3D design drawings in 3D softwares.
- Capable of working individually and in groups/teams.
- Capable of working under pressure and deadline.
- Creative and innovative.
- Good communication skill, good attitude, honest, hardworking and high integrity.
- Have a strong leadership skill.
- Willing to be placed in Central Java or other cities in Java.

2. Role and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and designing masterplan, site-plan, and buildings.
- Ensure the design created can be applied comprehensively.
- Provide proposal for optimal planning/design adjusted to project conditions.
- Provide updates on changes/adjustment on site.
- Ensuring the plan and implementation on site are aligned.
- Review shop drawings proposed by contractors and coordinate with field supervisors.
- Perform field supervision periodically and ensuring contractor’s work are in accordance.
- Coordinating and cooperating with internal project teams.
