Job description
- Memberikan layanan prima kepada nasabah, melalui inbound call untuk kategori informasi, permohonan & keluhan (baik dalam bahasa English)
Qualification
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma (D3) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Preferably has a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking services, specifically in Customer Service or Call Center roles
- Excellent communication skills, with a neutral accent and a courteous tone when interacting with customers
- Willingness to work in a shift-based system, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in active English communication
- Minimum height requirement of 155 cm
- Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications
