Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Product Inspection: Conduct final product inspection and testing based on Beurer quality standard.
- Case handling: Follow up any cases or defect found during in-process inspection, final inspection or defect in customer. Working together with Quality and Process Engineer to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive action.
- Reporting: Preparing quality report, Final product inspection report (report directly to HQ).
- Documentation: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System, establishing SOP and WI including record all of documents related with product testing.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production and working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree of Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electro medic.
- Minimum 2-year experiences as a quality inspector
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawing
- Able to operate dimensional measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, high gauge, etc.)
- Able to operate electronic equipment (thermometer, noise meter, power meter, multimeter, etc.)
- Have experienced in product testing (especially electronic product) will be an advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Have knowledge with ISO 9001.
- Have knowledge with ISO 13485 or CPAKB is a plus
- Have a good analytical thinking.
- Good written and spoken English language.
- Not color blind
