We are now seeking a position as a HRGA Manager – Multinational B2B Manufacturer who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Plan, apply and supervise all processes related to human resources (organizational development, people planning, talent management, and learning development)
- Carrying out periodic evaluations of all employees offices and implementing policies for each evaluation result.
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring compensation & benefit company to comply with internal and external parties’ policies & regulations.
- Provide direction regarding work discipline to employees who violate company regulations or policies.
We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java
- Latest minimal 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager at manufacturing company, coming multinational company will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed with profession grade or additional certificates
- Strong in organizational, people planning, talent management, learning development, and performance management
- Having experience related to social responsibility audit will also be a plus
- Able to speak in English Professional
