Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce and sell our products to contractors, interior designers, architects, property developers, and private clients.
- Develop effective sales plans to achieve set targets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the industry, including designers, contractors, and property developers.
- Create regular reports on sales activities, including target achievements and market analysis.
- Provide solutions and product recommendations that align with clients’ project needs.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female with high enthusiasm and motivation.
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in any discipline, with relevant experience as a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing, particularly related to products or services in interior design, textiles, or furniture.
- Willing to work overtime if needed to meet targets or project deadlines.
- Preferably has self-taught knowledge or formal education in textiles, furniture, or interior design, providing in-depth understanding of products and the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities to build relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Well-groomed appearance, with a polite, patient, and professional attitude, capable of maintaining ethics while interacting with various individuals.
- Target-oriented with high motivation to achieve and exceed set goals, and able to work under pressure in demanding situations.
- Quick to learn new things, adaptive to changes and trends in the industry, and enjoys challenges that offer opportunities for personal growth.
- Detail-oriented, goal-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Able to work both independently and within a team, collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Proactive and creative in problem-solving, with the ability to provide recommendations or new ideas to improve performance and product quality.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang & Jepara.
