Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities :
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
 
Job Requirements :
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
- Extensive experience as an e-commerce specialist/ senior e-commerce specialist.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiar with handling some e-commerce such as Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, customer-oriented, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Semarang.
