Job Descriptions:
- Create interior conceptual designing 2D and 3D
- Oversee projects from start to finish to make sure they follow the plan
- VERY Creative and passionate in interior design, creating space, material and colors
- Strong concept development and design detailing ability
- Develop design ideas and create detailed plans as Architect & Interior Designer
- Create & estimates design schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers before and during project execution
- Experienced in team work environment particularly for complex project including coordination with Owner, Project Director , Consultants, Architect Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors other.
- Able to coordinate work results with other departments, if necessary carry out site visits/field visits
Job requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Experienced min. 5 years as Design Interior, preferably designing Public Area, Commercial Area and Office
- Understand contour drawings, land elevation, building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes, especially for new development projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design and visualization tools
- Have a good communication and coordination
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Willing to be placed at Head Office – Semarang Central Java
