About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at KayuKaya Furniture Ind Pte Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses continue to grow. This is a full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively managing and nurturing existing client relationships to drive business growth and retention
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the scope of services provided to current clients
- Providing excellent customer service and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Prepare quotations , check on costings
- Able to travel to SG or around ID when required- passport ready
- Developing and implementing account-specific strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Gathering customer feedback and communicating insights to the broader team
- Understand Taxation under ID law such as PPN and submission
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client relationship role, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Able to self motivate and work after office hours when needed
- Proficiency in Tender meetings and methods
- A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
