Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Has experience in Project planning construction min 5 years of experience working in the field of engineering [especially in engineering consultants].
- Ability in handling complex building landed/Highrise and supporting facility e.g. WTP, WWTP, Pump House etc
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations, experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and equipment
- Active in English both oral and written.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Well in operate computer software e.g. Ms. Office application & AutoCAD.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Assist with preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction activities.
- Provide input and recommendations for project designs.
- Document quality assurance and safety inspections.
- Prepare original and backup records, tables, diagrams and drawings.
- Prepare, schedule, and supervise field surveys and inspections of construction work.
- Identify and quantify project needs and assist in development of detailed specifications for projects.
- Work with contractors to determine scope of work and timelines.
- Review and evaluate contractor proposals.
- Assist in the site team to ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems and work with the site team for resolution of non-conformance issues.
