Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive sales of skincare products and medical devices by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively manage the sales funnel to close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries, issues, or concerns.
Product Presentations & Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features.
- Work closely with marketing to provide information and address customer questions during product evaluations.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
Market Research & Business Development:
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Sales Manager regarding potential growth areas and product positioning.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s products and generate leads.
Sales Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams (such as marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Based in Semarang city, covering Central Java and Yogyakarta
