Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification (CPA/CA)
- Have Brevet A and B Certificates
- 5+ years accounting experience with 3+ years in management manufacture
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Good English (verbal & written) is a must.
- Good personality, responsibility, discipline, honesty, initiative, creativity, and ability to work together in a team
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
Job Descriptions:
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Supervise and develop accounting team members
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate external audits
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management
- Maintain internal controls and accounting systems
