After Sales Service Manager
Qualification :
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in after-sales or customer service, specifically with laptop or smartphone products.
-Experience in managing an after-sales or customer service team in the retail IT or technology industry.
-Hands-on experience in handling product repairs, replacements, and warranty claims for laptops or smartphones.
-Deep understanding of laptop and smartphone products, including specifications, troubleshooting, and product repairs.
-Strong leadership ability to manage a team and optimize individual team members’ performance
-Experience in preparing performance reports, analyzing issues, and developing corrective action plans.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
-Strong problem-solving ability to analyze issues quickly and provide efficient solutions.
-Work Location Semarang
Responsibilities :
-Lead and manage the after-sales team to provide technical support and after-sales service for laptop and smartphone products, including repairs, replacements, and product usage consultations.
-Formulate department processes and systems
-Oversee and monitor the quality of after-sales service for individual and business customers.
-Evaluate and analyze customer feedback and product issues to improve product quality and after-sales services.
-Train and mentor the after-sales team to improve both technical skills and soft skills in handling customer complaints.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective and professional communication.
– Arrange statistics on after-sales maintenance reports, material inventory reports, income and expenditure reports
– Report department operations to the company’s general manager every month.
