RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research on a scale to understand product trend & market trends and able to apply them to the product development process and understand end to end marketing task both BTL and ATL
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to enhance product development, and manage end brand activity including ATL & BTL
- Managing end to end of product development processes such as Concept, CLT process, and standard Organoleptic
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in planning, executing, and managing events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalist, media contacts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), influencers, and bloggers to ensure optimum coverage for the brand.
