DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet business targets and customer demands
- Manage / supervise the team administratively and leading them for continuous performance improvements
- Complete special assignments related to production and quality assurance
- Oversee quality control processes, analyze data for improvement, and address any quality issues promptly
- Supervise, mentor, and develop production supervisors and team leaders
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making
- Participate on tech meetings actively
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Any Certifications Required
- Year(s) of Experience & Background Required : experience being production manager at least 3 years or experience being QC manager at least 3 years
- Familiar with : textile printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing
- Functional & Technical Competencies : Comprehensive knowledge of printing manufacturing processes, Fluent in English, Work experiences in multinational companies will be a plus
- Placement in Kendal, Central Java
