Qualifications & experience
- Education : Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major
- English fluently is a must

Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure Performances Team and Quality of service based on the business types/facts by coordinating across regions and stakeholders.
- Handling Omni channels that have more than 300 HC.
- Direct and oversee day-to-day operations within the center through effective leadership and efficient management of operations
