About the role
As a Sales Supervisor at Real Estate Company, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of sales representatives to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. Based in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah, this full-time position will see you overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance, training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed their sales goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervising, coaching and motivating a team of sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Providing regular feedback and performance reviews to sales team members, and implementing training and development initiatives
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns and promotions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Participating in the recruitment and selection of new sales team members
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with sales best practices, including goal setting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
