Job Description: We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our cooperation project with a shoe manufacturer in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for supervising and managing the already stationed on-site team, ensuring smooth collaboration with the shoe manufacturer, brand clients, and the Vietnam team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-site team, ensuring efficient operation of technical, business, production management, procurement, quality management, and import/export departments.
- Communicate effectively with the shoe manufacturer, brand clients, and the Vietnam team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Supervise and manage operating expenses, ensuring cost control within budget.
- Oversee order quality management to ensure products meet customer quality requirements.
- Supervise the shipping process to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in production management and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Familiarity with shoe manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Vietnam team.
- Strong financial management skills, able to effectively control costs.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to handle various challenges in the production process.
