Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Manage all Production Operation activities
- Analyze and provide problem solving to overcome production problems
- Plan, organize, direct, evaluate, control all production activities and existing resources for production activities and projects
- Determine the group of craftsmen who will carry out the production process
- Collaborate with the Project manager in determining the overall project work schedule
- Ensuring that production equipment and facilities can operate to their full potential
- Supervise production and projects so that the quality is maximized and completed on time
- Supervise and approve production progress reports, attendance reports and reports on the use of raw materials made by the production administration
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree is required. Preferably in quality, industrial, or wood engineering or related fields.
- At least > 5 years relevant working experience as a furniture engineer or furniture production manager in an international company. Product development experience is a must.
- Familiar with product development process and technical product documents.
- Strong knowledge in furniture construction.
- Manage and perform solving problems for each process obstacle (ex : programming CNC machine).
- Must know Auto-CAD, Solidworks, Autodesk inventor.
- Familiar with the production process of furniture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
