Responsibility :
- Understand employee work patterns so you can know how to treat employees to achieve work targets as desired.
- Achieve branch company targets.
- Report to the central company every month or according to the agreed time.
- Coordinating and directing work systems in the HRD, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance Accounting sections.
- Ensure all Branch Operational procedures run according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to minimize company risks.
- Coordinating with the HR division to guide, train and analyze the operational team so that they can understand, understand and work according to their capacity.
- Maintaining the stability of operational processes starting from providing goods availability, fleet procurement, and other necessary facilities.
- Control routine and non-routine expenses and ensure receipt of daily billing results.
- Monitoring, analyzing and continuously improving all operational activities to achieve efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitoring performance procedures, starting from production, quality checking, distribution, sales, and others for companies with products in the form of goods.
- Innovating branch company products. (Selling)
- Resolving problems when conflicts occur in branch companies, both conflicts between employees and other conflicts within the company.
- Conduct regular inspections of Company activities
- Controlling workforce effectiveness and productivity
- Must understand :

Qualifications & experience :
Maximum age 40 years
Bachelor’s degree graduate from all majors
Have at least 3 years experience in the same field and position
Able to coordinate and understand the operational process of branch offices
Have high loyalty
Have leadership and managerial skills
