About the role
PT. COSPA HANDBAG GROUP’ is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement (Logistic Export Import) Bonded Zone professional to join our team in Sayung Central Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and compliant management of our import and export processes within our bonded zone operation.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage all logistical and procurement activities related to the import and export of goods within our bonded zone facility
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations and procedures to facilitate timely and compliant clearance of goods
- Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to optimize supply chain operations
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and terms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting to support business planning and decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide guidance and training to the wider team on logistical and customs compliance matters
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics role, preferably within the import/export or bonded zone industry
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, clearance processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in inventory management and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
