Responsibilities:
- Create “Property List” a list of the props they will need to research and acquire
- Moodboard Breakdown: involved in the moodboard breakdown as every prop that will be needed is marked and tagged
- Working on set: makes sure the props fit into things like set dressing, wardrobe, and other design elements.
- Research: ensure that the props they acquire are appropriate for the photoshoot and help contribute to the storytelling. Aiming for authenticity and accuracy of the time period being portrayed
- Purchase, rent, or make the props in time for production. Acquire all the props within the budget given.
- Budgeting every photoshoot: make a report of budget for every photoshoot
- keep the props organized and cataloged so they are easy to find for photoshoots and do not get lost when stored
- educate models on how to use props if they are handling them during a take
Requirements
- Proven experience (1+ years) working in Photography Set/Studio. No based education needed.
- Able to use Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
- Knowledge in fashion industries and studio sets for photography
- Age between 20 – 35 years
- Preferable to go to business trip outside Semarang and working FULL TIME ON SITE in Semarang
- Knowledge about properties for Photoshoot with different material such as wood/steel/styrofoam/etc
- Have a list of decoration vendor
- Familiar purchasing properties offline and online stores
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes.
- Creative mind, strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Passion and interest for clothes and photography
