1. Training management administration: handle administration of TNA, propose training, ensure implementation of internal/external training by collaboration with stakeholder & participant.
2. Learning Management System: subscription process LMS, support manager to analyze TNA & related competency to implement in material of LMS, as admin LMS to monitor training implementation.
3. Collaboration with IT and provide documentation of HR, flow process, feature needs and material to create HR system.
4. To prepare Organization Structure, Job Description, KPI in order to fulfill OD project.
5. Organize Induction and Employee Activity.
6. Monitoring Buddy Program
