Main Responsibilities :
- Create a production schedule according to sales orders received and stock fulfillment based on ROP
- Ensure the preparation of the production schedule according to production capacity
- Coordinate with related departments (production, warehouse, sales admin) to ensure smooth production and order delivery plans
- Provide confirmation of the production schedule
- Create an SR-1 report that includes production achievements against production planning/planned orders received
- Monitor finished goods stock based on ROP and the needs of customer orders received
- Create and control the availability of semi-finished goods
- Ensure the accuracy of finished goods availability based on production planning
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering or related field
- Min. 3 years experience in the same role from manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with ERP system such as SAP would be preferred
- Good communication and maintain good relationship with cross functional team
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and self initiative
- Willing to be contracted under outsourcing company
- Placement in Kendal, Central Java
