Requirements:
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
- Create and organize all record of maintenance (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, proactive maintenance).
- Organize and update all as built drawing related with telecommunication and access control system.
- Scheduling monthly meeting to discuss about result of the maintenance and improvement needed.
- Organize and regularly update to BJS for all record related with asset, license, as built drawing, permit, software key/serial number, equipment warranty period and all account registered for warranty/license use.
- All the scope above is included but not limited to other scope related with for telecommunication and access control system.
