JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Lead and oversee the processes of formulation, panel testing, stability testing, and product trials.
- Ensures that proper process are followed and project timelines are achieved
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts or a related field.
- Basic skills or experience in process pastry making.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (FMCG experience is preferable)
- Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 6), ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal Assurance System
- Has a wide network in related field is an added value
- Target-oriented, Diligent, hardworking, and quick to respond to tasks.
- Willing to work at Kudus, Central Java
