About the role
We are seeking a talented C&B Specialist to join our team at PT Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia, a leading manufacturing and logistics company based in Semarang, Central Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in developing and administering our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company’s strategy and values.
What you’ll be doing
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Handle payroll calculation, verification, and distribution with accuracy
- Manage statutory benefits (e.g., social security, medical insurance) registration and payments
- Optimize compensation and benefits policies to ensure compliance.
Labor Law and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws related to payroll and benefits
- Address labor law inquiries and assist in resolving disputes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use Excel for payroll and benefits data analysis and reporting
- Generate salary and workforce cost reports to support decision-making.
Other Support
- Assist in the calculation and analysis of performance data
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
What we’re looking for
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa
- Can Speak Mandarin(HSK3 level or above).
Professional Skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Proficient in Excel formulas and data analysis
- Strong numerical aptitude and logical thinking.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, statistics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in C&B experience in manufacturing is preferred.
