Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  3. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  4. Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and practices.
  7. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee welfare initiatives.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
  9. Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  10. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including payroll processing, employee benefits providers, and HR software vendors.
  12. Stay updated on HR and employment law trends, and ensure that the company’s policies and practices remain in compliance with changing regulations.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives, change management, and talent management strategies.
  14. Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience (3 years) as an HR Manager or similar role within.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws.
  4. Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  5. Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  9. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  11. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  12. Willing to be placed in Solo, Center Java.
