Qualifications :
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. A master’s degree or certification in project management or design engineering is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- At least 5–7 years of work experience in the automotive industry, particularly in chassis engineering, vehicle design, or related engineering fields, with several years of experience in a managerial position.
- Willing to be placed in Demak, Central Java or Plant/Site and available for business trips outside the city.
- Perform design installations for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Have the ability to configure designs to specify main dimensions and technical specifications.
- Have knowledge and experience in operating Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software related to axle drivelines, suspension, steering, foot control concerning electric propulsion & control.
Job Description:
- Design and Review Tasks: Conduct product reviews, create technical drawings, documentation, and wiring diagrams, while specifying main dimensions and technical specifications.
- Problem-Solving and Feature Enhancement: Solve technical issues and improve vehicle features.
- Mechanical and Electrical Design: Design installations for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Part Development and Cataloging: Develop local parts, create part catalogs, and prepare bills of materials.
- Support Materials: Develop body builder manuals and related technical documentation.
