Facility &amp Utility Supervisor with special skills in electrical drawing, facility maintenance, legal regulation, safety &amp health, fire drill certification (under Indonesian regulations), and active communication, here are a list of specific qualifications and requirements:

• Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within General Affairs or Facilities Management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships for facility-related services.
• Strong knowledge of local government regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field), Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Facilities Management.
• Additional certifications in Facility &amp safety Management, Fire Safety, or Electrical Engineering will be a plus.
