Job Descriptions
- Prepare and communicate production process schedules based on demand trends, raw material availability, and production machine utilization levels.
- Conduct monitoring and reporting activities on raw material inventory levels for the production process so that they are always in the most optimal availability condition.
- Monitor the inventory section of the production process, the availability of goods in the warehouse, or those that will be brought to the company so that the production process can run smoothly and in balance.
- Maintain a balance in the use of company machines so that no production machines are overloaded or rarely used by the company.
- Solve problems related to the production process.
- Provide updates on the availability of goods, both raw materials and finished goods to the finance department.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in equal position.
- Have experience in medical device manufacturing for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have an inventory management ability.
- Have strong analytical skills and risk management.
- Able to negotiate, problem solving and communication.
- Have strong leadership skills to lead and manage a large team, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
