Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tasks & responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise production employees, such as assemblers, packers, and equipment operators
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, and deadlines to meet customer demands and shipping requirements
- Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards
- Evaluate employees’ performance and coach production teams
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards
- Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines
- Prepare production reports for senior management
- Create KPI for production process and tracking
Qualifications & experience
- Must have solid communication skills and leadership skills
- Prior supervisory experience and/or LEAN manufacturing experience is Highly Preferred
- Have more than 5 years of experience in Taiwan-funded factory management
- Highly Preferred have experience in the footwear industry
- Have working experience in wholly foreign-owned enterprise and Taiwan-owed enterprise
- Better can speak Mandarin
