Industrial Relations
- Handle labor relations and resolve workplace disputes.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and industrial dispute resolutions.
- Represent the company to build a harmonious relationship with local government, tenants and local citizens.
- Assist tenants in recruiting local citizens.
Employee Relations
- Build and maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and workplace ethics.
Personnel Administration
- Manage employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – a must!
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
