PROFESSIONAL ENTITLE
- Minimum 2 years experience in Textile and Garment Industry
- Excellent working background (skill) in Accounting & Finance
- Analytical thinking and sound judgement
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent leadership and team work ,
- Details orientated to details and customer orientated
- Excellent in MS Office and Internet
- Speaking & Writing in English is a Must
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bank account and petty cash management & report
- Daily finance activities such as online journal, payment, settlement, record, and report
- Tax management such as PPH 21, 23, 4, PPN and ensure tax compliant
- Salary payment, BPJS etc.
- Account receivable and account payable management & monitoring
- Prepare export (finance) documentation
- Cash flow projection and reporting
- Annual budget preparation and quarterly reporting
- Financial statement analysis
ADDITIONAL ROLES
- GA activities cost based on budget monitoring
- Payment of general expenses settlement
- Provision of supplies for factory and office
- Documents delivery for export and local client
- IT support and maintenance
