The Bancassurance Financial Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through a bank’s branch network. They act as a liaison between the bank and the insurance company, ensuring customers receive tailored financial and insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products to bank customers. Identify customer needs through financial profiling and offer appropriate insurance solutions. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and terms. Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration with Bank Staff: Work closely with bank employees to identify potential leads and cross-sell opportunities. Train bank staff on insurance products and processes to enhance referrals. Participate in branch meetings and activities to strengthen partnerships.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions. Submit regular sales reports to the Bancassurance Manager. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Any major
- Have experience in Sales at Insurance or Financial Industry is preferred.
- Sales Person, Competitive, Good Interpersonal Communication and High Self-Confidence
- Have a good communication and negotiation skill
